What payment methods does Zebracat accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For enterprise customers with Unlimited Cat plans, we also support invoicing and wire transfers.

How does the free trial work?

Our free plan allows you to create up to 5 videos with standard AI voices in 720p quality, with a maximum length of 30 seconds per video. No credit card is required to sign up for the free plan.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes, Zebracat supports payments in multiple currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CAD. The system will automatically display pricing in your local currency based on your location.

What are AI avatars?

AI avatars are digital presenters powered by artificial intelligence. They look and sound like real people but are generated by our AI technology. You can choose from our library of diverse avatars or create your own custom avatars with the Super Cat and Unlimited Cat plans.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll still have access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

Is there a limit to how many videos I can create?

The Free plan allows up to 5 videos total. Paid plans have limits based on minutes of video per year: Cat Mode includes 120 minutes/year, Super Cat includes 360 minutes/year, and Unlimited Cat offers unlimited video minutes as the name suggests.
