But if you want to make an eye-catching video that grabs people’s attention and goes viral, this might not be the best choice.

I used it once for a YouTube Short, and while it was quick and easy, the video didn’t look very special. A friend of mine, who runs a small business, likes using Pictory because she can make short promo videos without hiring an editor.

It helps her stay active online, but she knows it’s not for high-quality, creative videos.
